Need plumber to build PVC pipe tent frame

I'm looking for a plumber who will build two tent frames using very strong PVC pipe. Basically a triangle shape that's 30" high at the apex, 50" long, with 2 crossbars on either side. I intend to drape two full size mattress support slats over the top, each weighing about 30lbs. If you're not sure what I mean by mattress support slats, you can search on Amazon to see a picture.
