Lead Housekeeper/Cleaner/Janitor for Group Homes

We are a private room and board facility we provide 3 meals a day and a shared room for residents with mental and physical disabilities that can care for themselves. Most of our homes have about 10 bedrooms and 2 common areas. We currently have 4 large group homes. One is near USC, two more in central LA (49th & Central & 87th & Central) and a fourth in Downey. Were looking to hire a House Cleaner/Janitor that can do the following: - General House Cleaning (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Common Areas, Furniture, etc) - General Laundry (Changing out dirty bed sheets and towels with clean bed sheets and towels, washing and drying bed sheets and towels to use the next week) - Resident Laundry (Wash & dry. Neatly put away for residents who need assistance & notify capable residents that their laundry is ready for them to put away. Always try to put a full load of laundry. Combine resident laundry if able to properly separate once cleaned. Use sharpie to put initials on resident’s cloths.) - Organize Donations Clothing (Keep organized by type of clothing in storage room) Each Day of the week your schedule would look something like: - MONDAYS: Housekeeping @ Downey House 8am to 4:30pm - TUESDAYS: Housekeeping @ 87th & Central House 8am to 4:30pm - WEDNESDAYS: Housekeeping @ 49th & Central House 8am to 4:30pm - THURSDAYS: Housekeeping @ USC House 8am to 4:30pm - FRIDAYS: Housekeeping @ Downey House Again 8am to 4:30pm Must be self motivated, honest, fast working & hard working, experienced, able to recommend what type of cleaning supplies you will need us to provide you, takes pride in a clean house. Pay is $18 an hour.
