Description
Property management firm is looking for someone very handy full-time to fulfill a variety of needs for our business, including:
1) Some transportation daily for some of the office workers
2) Weekly Landscaping for 4-5 properties
3) Monthly handy work and maintenance in the properties.
4) Pool Maintainance in the summertime.
5) weekly basic cleaning in some properties.
This is approx a 40 hour week job.
The guy must be very handy.. (have a basic understanding on some handy work, electric, plumbing, landscaping, etc.)
