Goat Yoga in the Country!!! Goats, Yoga & Nature!!!!  What more could you ask for??? OUR CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE AS WE GET THROUGH THIS CHALLENGING TIME :) Join us on our 12 acre property for a fun filled and challenging goat yoga class set on a gorgeous country homestead under beautiful oak trees.  Connect with nature as you connect with yourself. After the yoga we will enjoy goat cuddles and a farm tour! What is Goat Yoga? Well, it's just like a regular yoga, with stretching, postures and breathing, except with adorable and friendly goats wandering around. It is truly as much fun as it sounds. This is an experience like no other. Combining the benefits of yoga with the calming and loving connection with goats will leave you feeling light, happy and wanting more. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. There is time after class for playing and taking pictures with the goats if you don't get the shot you want during yoga practice!  GOAT YOGA KATY is for everyone and we welcome all fitness levels. Goats are curious and are likely to sit on your mat, hop on your back and maybe even nibble your toes. Goats are NOT potty trained animals. What to expect: 45 minutes basic Flow Yoga ClassFollowed by 30 minutes of goat play timeClasses will be held outdoors20 Yogis in each class5 - 10 goats in each classThe yoga will be designed for beginners so do not be discouraged. Feel free to rest if you need to.We will provide Sunscreen, bug spray and Hand sanitizerNo refunds or make-up classes unless class is cancelled by us.What you should bring: A big smile and a playful attitude!Your yoga mats!!! We have some that we will rent for $4, or you can buy one from me for $8!!!  PLEASE BRING CASHA water bottlePlease wear comfortable clothes - Bring a light jacket or hoodyChildren are welcome, but they should be able to make it through an hour-long yoga class - at least 10 years old recommended.Everyone will need to sign-in and sign a waiver before the class starts. During class, please stay on your mats the goats will come visit you. PARKING: You will park on the grass to the right of the driveway.  Please pull up to the wooden fence so others may drive past you.  We will have signs showing you where to go.
