Join in this special seasonal Katonah Yoga®️ class co-taught by Megan Whiteside and Josie Schweitzer! We're thrilled to be able to offer this special Katonah Yoga®️ class with Megan Whiteside and Josie Schweitzer as a summer series! Both Megan and Josie have been teaching Katonah Yoga®️ for years, and Josie is one of the senior teachers and mentors at the Katonah Yoga®️ center. Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Josie has just moved to Denver to live and teach these practices in our beautiful city. This class is open to any yoga practitioner of any level, and will explore traditional practices and poses in new ways, steeped in metaphor, sacred geometry, and pranayama. For those who know and love Katonah Yoga®️, this will be a class you won't want to miss, and for those new to the practice this will be the best introduction you could ask for!
