Like a paint night, but with cookies! No experience needed. Put on your favorite Christmas sweater and come decorate cookies and drink wine! Enjoy being creative? How about eating cookies? Drinking wine? Combine these joys by learning how to decorate sugar cookies while drinking some awesome wine at Sail to Trail WineWorks located inside the Higgins Armory Building! No experience necessary - this class is just about having fun. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Taught by Veronica from The Cookie Lady's Daughter, participants will learn step-by-step how to outline, flood, and add final details to cookies using royal icing. Each person will take home their six beautifully decorated cookies, a cookie decorated by yours truly, as well as recipes and knowledge on icing cookies. Because I love Christmas, these will be even more special than normal classes. Festive attire / ugly sweaters / Christmas pajamas are highly encouraged and I'll be giving out prizes for my favorite festive outfits! My wonderful assistant Carl will be taking photos during and after class for marketing/social media. NOTE: you will likely be seated with people you don't know but you will not be sharing any supplies, and it's a great way to make new friends! The city of Worcester has a mask mandate as of the time registration is opening for this class. We will be abiding by the city's rules at the time of class. If you want to sit with specific people other than those in the tickets you're buying right now, please email me [email protected] to let me know who is in your group. If you are purchasing tickets and the name of the attendee changes after you buy the tickets (like you purchase 4 with your name now and then find people later to go with you), PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE CORRECT NAMES OF THE ATTENDEES PRIOR TO THE EVENT. There's an important reason for this ;) Wine is not included in ticket price, though sipping while icing is highly encouraged and you will have time to refill when you need. But please, decorate responsibly ;) No outside alcohol permitted. BYOFood: Sail to Trail has small snacks, but you're welcome to bring your own snacks for class, or come early and bring dinner to enjoy before class starts! NOTE: The Cookie Lady's Daughter has the right to cancel class (with full refund) due to weather, illness, or low enrollment.
