Maintenance /Commercial Cleaner Shift: available early morning or late evening, Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday Job Type: Part-time PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Seeking a responsible and reliable independent contractor to provide litter cleanup on several commercial properties; a 1099 will be provided. Vehicle is a MUST. This is not an "off the books position". Retirees encouraged to apply. The position entails sweeping, disposing of trash, maintaining the perimeter of the parking lots and sidewalks. Pictures of the completed work will need to be provided upon completion of work.
