Hi there, I was in a bike collision on Manhattan Bridge, Thursday Nov 19th. On the Manhattan side above Chinatown, around 10:15am. Now I'm looking for the kind person I crashed into. Was it you? My hand is broken and I'm trying to talk to citibike about reimbursement for medical bills. Your brakes failed and that shouldn't have happened to you!
