Description
Supporting Women's Physical, Mental & Emotional Well being Throughout Our Lives Growing and developing as a woman is a process that impacts us all, so why is it so rarely discussed? What we do hear however, loud and clear, is society's message that women are expected to maintain their youth and physique at any expense. What we don't hear are the necessary conversations that run deeper. How do we truly listen to, and support, our bodies, minds and souls as we navigate life's stages? How do we welcome this beautiful journey vs resisting it, as we are taught to do? Join us for this in person panel discussion as Dr. Kathleen Leninger, Dr. Amanda Zayde and our very own Wendy Winn share tips and resources on how best to support our bodies, minds and souls today and into the future. *this event will be live streamed as well.
