Description
Saw a lost large black dog, somewhat long hair, slowly walking west in the median along I 40 going west. He/she was east of mile marker 280 and time was about 10am Sunday morning. This was just west of Cookeville. Looked like it may have been on its own for a little while. Was driving alone and unable to try to get him/her.
