Yin/Restorative Yoga with Rachel4-Week LYC Practice PodWednesdays 5:45-7:00 PM December 8-December 29Yin Yoga is a slow, quiet practice that achieves deep and intense stretching of the connective tissues surrounding the joints, allowing for greater flexibility over time. In this practice, we will focus on opening the hips while releasing all tension from the body. During the final third of the practice, restorative poses will be offered to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, balance the body and bring its response system back into equilibrium. Our inclusive nature and handicapped accessible building provide a safe sanctuary for all.
