OR Are you a home-buyer who wants to purchase a home but don't have enough funds to cover the down payment and closing costs? If so, the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) has created a program just for you. The first step to qualify is to attend a FREE five-hour home-buyer seminar using the Zoom Platform. We invite you to join our class to learn about the loan programs as well as the whole process of purchasing a home. We will have guest speakers: home inspector, title and escrow officer, home insurance officer and financial planner! All your questions will be answered.
