Looking for a reliable person to snow blow 4 rental properties located in Salem, MA. Two properties are side by side. Need to snow blow behind, (around) the cars and walkways. Third property is a simple walkway and sidewalk. Forth property is a long driveway (25-30 feet) and 3 car parking space. Need to have a pickup truck and 10 plus horsepower snow blower. I used a 14 horsepower Simplicity Snow Blower, without any issues. I'd prefer the person is local to the Salem area. Need to have a reliable Pickup Truck, and reliable 10 plus horsepower snow blower. I can't have tenants calling stating no-one showed up. Pay = $100 per house, so $400 total per storm.
