The Minority Trailblazers in Sports Conference was founded in 2000 with the intent to assist students seeking careers in the business of sports. Collegiate, professional and corporate sports professionals were highlighted to speak on their experiences & address barriers to diversity and inclusion long before it was a trending topic. This event has expanded to include programming for students, administrators, coaches and anyone who has a desire to learn more about careers in this industry. This event also serves as another networking platform for industry leaders and business professional who want to connect with them.
