If you are interested in being a subcontractor, please share your CSLB license #. The skills / equipment needed on the first project in Millbrae: - Planting trees, bushes and shrubs with additional soil - Drive your own truck or trailer to pick up Mulch in San Carlos or South SF - Finish drainage (cap pop-ups, install clean-out on French drain) - Finish installing low voltage lights + transformer - Install holes in synthetic lawn putting green - Replace a tread on steps - Clean-up property and place pallets in front to be picked-up by distributor To get started, you will need to provide your proof of insurance and copy of your CSLB license, plus fill-in paperwork. Work can start immediately (fill-in paperwork on Monday, start on Tuesday). What is your license #? There are many other projects needing to start that include a need for these skills: - Demolition (concrete and wall removal, root and rock removal, regrading, trenching, tree and bush removal, etc.) - Drainage (downspout connectors, PVC, channel drain, French drains, flow-wells, basins, and pop-ups) - Planting of scrubs, bushes and trees - Install natural grass and ground covers (including Kurapia) - Install drip irrigation systems - Install low voltage lighting - Install synthetic lawns - Install putting greens - Install paver stones - Install segmental retaining walls - Install cinder block and apply stucco or veneer - Install natural stone (such as flagstone, slate or travertine) over concrete We do not do iron work, railings, decks, wood fences, but if you have this skill, client can pay you directly for that. There are plenty of projects that need fences and railings. Projects are in Millbrae, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Daly City, San Francisco, Brisbane, Burlingame, San Mateo, Foster City, Redwood Shores, Redwood City, Belmont, San Carlos, Atherton, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, and Palo Alto. If you are a licensed contractor, you would be a subcontractor and work with a single designer/project manager on each project. There is plenty of work. There is a need for multiple licensed subs, so please be clear what your skills are and know that this is not a single position. We have plenty of work.
