UPDATE: The accidents have been cleared, according to the state Department of Transportation website. Information via CT State Police: There are two separate active accident scenes, a tractor-trailer and two cars on I-84 east in the area of Exit 64-65 in Vernon, and a rollover on I-84 east in the area of Exit 63 in Manchester. Please seek alternate routes. Via CT DOT: MANCHESTER - I-84 Eastbound is congested between Exits 62 and 64 (3.6 miles) because of Crash (Overturned Motor Vehicle) between Exits 63 and 64.
