Press release from City School District of Albany: November 21, 2021 The Albany County Health Department will administer free COVID-19 vaccines for all eligible individuals age 5 and older on Tuesday from 4:30-7 p.m. at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School.  Registration is required; no walk-ins will be accepted. To register for a COVID-19 vaccination (1st, 2nd, 3rd dose; OR a booster shot), please go to this link. For general information about the COVID-19 vaccine, please visit the CDC Fact Page. General clinic reminders: Arrive wearing a mask and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status All persons aged 5+ years old are eligible to receive the vaccine All persons 15 and under will be required to attend the clinic with a parent or guardian All persons 16 and 17 arriving without a parent or guardian will be required to arrive with a signed NYS COVID-19 immunization Screening and Consent Form.  No insurance, social security number or medical paperwork needed No fee or cost for the vaccine – it is FREE.
