Hello I’m seeking a child care provider for 5 school age children ranging from k to 6 grade all home schooled. Pay will be around 170 to 200 pre day. It will be paid on a monthly based every 5th of the Month. The payments will be made thru The counties childcare subsidy program so you will need to be pass a live scan background check as well as show Vaccination card or proof of weekly covid test. The hours are 3:30am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 8am to 6pm Sundays off. That’s a total of 69 hours pre week the first 3.5 hours of your shift will be down time. Schedule is as following 3:30am-6:30am downtime 6:30am-7:30am Duties are as following: 6:30-6:40 wake kids up / start making breakfast 6:40am to 7:15 have the children shower and make sure they are make their beds clean their room while showers are being taken (they all shower themselves) 7am breakfast time (I have a weekly meal plan ) ALL THESE TASK NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY completed by 7:30am no exceptions! 7:30am to 8:30am Duties are as following: 7:30am-8am The kids eat breakfast 8am-8:20am Kids do their morning chores (there is a list about who does what) 8:25am They all need to be seated and logged into their computers by 8:30am NO Exceptions! 8:30am to 10:30am assist kids with schooling You would have to just be on stand by if they need help. But also make sure they are doing work and logging in to their one on one sessions with their teacher ( schedule is provided) *Anytime between 8:30am -10:30am* assist with a total of two loads of laundry wash and dry from morning showers just needs to be done by 10:30am 10:30-10:45am Kids take a break from school They will fold the loads you washed then You will provide morning snacks after they fold the mornings loads of laundry (I premake these weekly) 10:45-12:30pm Assist and Monitor kids while doing schoolwork If the kids don’t need help you can be on your phone laptop ect but just be present and ready if they do need help. But I do require for you to do Random walks around the table to make sure they are actually doing school work. 12:30-1:30pm Lunch You will be required to make them a easy lunch (I have a weekly meal plan) Once again ensure they do their after lunch chores if they finish before 1:30pm kids are allowed free time until 1:30pm 1:30pm-3pm Resume school work 3pm to 3:30pm I would require you to sanitize everything and sweep and mop the floors Saturday shift: 8am to 6pm The am shower/chores schedule will be completed by the when you get there 8am-8:30am Breakfast time 8:30am-9am After breakfast chores for the kids 9am-1pm schoolwork independently you will just be there to help if needed 1pm to 3pm free time They can do their educational games on their laptops Color play with toys ect… 3pm to 4pm Clean up time 4pm to 5:30pm Dinner Saturdays are usually pizza days. 5:30 to 6pm Assist with after dinner chores And your week is done ✅ I will be in the home Monday- thru Friday from 8am til 3:30pm however I work from from home from 8am to 5pm so I will not be in the same room and can only be bothered if it is a emergency so I need someone who’s good with routine and will respect and follow my request/ rules I have 2 jobs so I will be out the home 3:30am to 8am Monday thru Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday. I am very strict about the routine we have. I make it all super easy and everything is written down for easy reference. So I need someone who’s good with schedules is a multitasker maybe once in a while I might need you to run a errand for me like dentist appointments/ doctors visits each kid has a medial binder with all the info/ Plan of action if this ever is the case.
