ISO small dog to adopt

ISO Small (under 20 lbs) preferably male dog to adopt. Can be a puppy or young dog (under 4 but not a requirement). I live in an apartment but I have access to a fenced yard for dog to play. Also I enjoy daily walks so prefer pet that doesn’t mind walking at least a mile. Since I am in an apartment I need a pet that won’t bark consistently all day. I work from home most of the week though. Also looking for breeds with MINIMAL shedding. I AM WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 4 hours from charlotte. NOT willing to pay a deposit. But can pay rehoming fee at exchange. Thanks
