The Asheville Clam Chowder Society is looking for a keyboardist,accordianist or perhaps a vibraphone player to complete our fun band. We play, old time standards, old timey music and pop tunes that swing. Current instrumentation is two Uke players who sing (One also plays Banjo Uke), a drummer a Bass Ukelelist and a trumpet player. Some kind of keyboard, accordian or Vibes player would really round out our sound. I actually ordered one of those portable pump organs that travelling minstrel shows and church's used to use, if it actually arrives, you are welcome to use it. This is something completely different, a heck of a lot of fun and something that I think will be welcomed in our diverse, active music community.Do you play one of the instruments listed and sing?, not critical but always welcomed.
