Local Shoals real estate investors with over 60 units looking for qualified, hard-working individuals to help remodel rental properties. There is plenty of work now and in the foreseeable future. The work would be paid in cash with no benefits, part-time and full-time availability. Pay is $10-$15 an hour, depending on experience. All workers are expected to drive to the various job sites (in The Shoals area) in their own transportation. No experience is necessary.
