Press release from the Birmingham Police Department: November 16, 2021 The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department requests assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo. The missing person has been identified as: Kelvin Maddox (nickname: "Monster"), B/M, (57), 5'9'' 180 pounds of Birmingham, Alabama. Kelvin Maddox was last seen/heard from by a family member on Sunday, February 21, 2021. The missing person is known to experience homelessness. Mr. Maddox frequents numerous locations in Birmingham including the Five Points South Area, and Downtown. A family member stated Mr. Maddox suffered injuries from being struck by a vehicle.
