Found dog, looking for owner

Happy rd near Sossaman and Riggs, San Tan Valley AZ

Hello. We found this dog in queen creek near Sossaman and Riggs. I am not sure what kind of dog but he is grey with some white on his chest. He is very sweet and has a purple caller. If anyone know who’s dog this is or it’s your dog please message me. We have him at our house but can not keep him. I would love to find his home before taking him to a shelter. He is chipped, they wouldn’t give me the owners info but the owners have been notified I have him I guess. There are two different account under his chip. His name is either Blue or Cooper based on the chip. Please email if you know anything.
