Local real estate management company in need of a general laborer with the skills to replace 6x6 and 4x4 posts supporting a back porch in Johnson City/general porch framing experience, as well as a laborer capable of shoring up an eroded foundation wall at same property. Back porch roof is also in need of a repair so if you have roofing experience that is a plus. Pay is negotiable.
