Need a table built bonus for nice finish and painting

I need a nice sturdy table custom built. Skinny but wide. 75in wide x 22in deep and 36in tall. Build requirements $50 labor: Medium thick plywood top (pick a smooth piece nice and straight) 2x4 legs with 2x1 cross beam supports and a shelf midway up (cut from same plywood as top) Sink and putty any visible screws Must be able to pick up materials from Lowes. Must have all tools, screws and fasteners required. Must clean all work areas and any scrap wood left over put in closet. Bonus specs +$25 labor: Sand down or round router all sharp edges. Putty and sand to a nice finish and matte black spray paint the whole thing. Bonus #2 $25: Help me set up the rest of the room (about an hour) Send pics of past work
