I need a person to remain in front of my building before and during small and medium sized events to ensure people do not park in my next-door neighbor's parking lot (a restaurant). The job is very easy. You just have to ask people courteously not to park in my neighbor's driveway if they try to do so. We do have our own driveway on the other side of the building and a public lot across the street where they are free to park. Most of the conversations will take place at the beginning of the event when vendors arrive to set up, a few hours later when the guests arrive, and at the end of the night when guests and vendors are removing their things and leaving. There are no educational qualifications or prior experience needed for the work. All I need is people who are courteous and who show up on time. You are free to also bring a lawn chair to sit during the low traffic time windows of the event.
