Part time handyman/make ready

We need a retired person or person looking for supplemental income to help with general make-ready and maintenance on rental properties 10-20 hours a week and sometimes more. The applicant needs to have own tools and transportation, be able to purchase up to $200 in parts and get reimbursed with bi-weekly pay. Responsibilities include cleaning,sheetrock repair, painting, general plumbing(including garbage disposal, dishwasher, drain basket, faucet, toilet, fluidmaster, and flapper valve replacement, fix drain line leaks, unstop clogged drain lines, and dryer vent cleanout etc), electrical switch, light fixture and recep replacement, lawn and landscape including mowing, weedeating, bed mulch and maintenance, and a lot of other tasks related to rental property management and maintenance. Most properties are located in South Tulsa, Jenks or Broken Arrow. This is a part time position with no benefits or insurance whatsoever other than supplemental income. This is not a full time job, so if you need full time work, please do not apply. Sometimes we get numerous work orders and sometime we have none.
