I am looking for someone who can help me turn plastic waste into building material. Someone who has access to a metal shop and knowledge of how to weld. I have all types of plastic waste and I’m looking to melt it and pour it into metal 2x4 molds. It has already been proven that plastic waste can be processed and turned into masonry units. I’m trying to turn mine into 2x4 studs, but I need help creating a mold and also shredding and melting down the plastic to pour it into the mold. I understand that each type of plastic — depending on its number — has its own melting point. Anyway, looking for some sort of help or guidance. Thanks.
