Free Boat -Glasspar fixer upper

Hello, offering a free Glasspar boat that needs repairs to a handyman or someone with the means and capability to make It in working order. The boat is about the size of a large truck and is located in Decatur/Atlanta Georgia. The only details known about what needs to be fixed/replaced/repaired is transom and fiberglass(?). If there are more problems that require attention, they are unknown, and I have no more information to offer. It's yours as long as you can meet these conditions: 1.)You can pick It up and haul It away yourself. 2.)You agree to take It as a project to fix up (at your leisure, no time limit) and not immediately sale It. (In the much later future is fine) 3.)You allow me a somewhat joint ownership of the boat after It is fixed up. You can do whatever you want with It, and you can even resell It and keep all the money, as long as I can have partial custody of the boat/access to use It to take It out on a lake or something on rare or semi-rare occasions, after It is ship-ready. You wouldn't have to bring the boat to me, I would come pick It up from you and drop It off to you as well. I am open to the idea of multiple-contributing people sharing the boat, and rotating possession.
