I need the following prep/repair work done before covering my block fence wall (800 sq ft of wall space or 12.5 sections) Not all sections have cracks or gaps. 1) Clean and pressure wash the wall (removing all efflorescence/water build up) 2) Remove loose mortar from mortar joints 3) Fill cracks and gaps in mortar joints. The wall is stable and there are no loose blocks. Eventually, I’ll need someone to apply the coating once I choose the product. It won’t be stucco.
