Audio technician to run Sunday services

Looking for someone to be on-site at our small Episcopal church in Newton every Sunday to run tech for our hybrid (remote Zoom and local on-site) service. We have a Rode mini-board, several Shure SM58 mics, several lavalier mics, and a choir/vocal mic. Camera is run through an iPhone for now. We use Zoom as our conferencing platform. Job-sharing with alternate weeks would be possible.
