Did you hear the GREAT news? Governor Baker is withdrawing Massachusetts from the TCI gas tax scheme! We did it! Since 2019, MassFiscal and its coalition partners have fought to defeat TCI in all 12 states considering it – from Virginia to Maine - including in Massachusetts. We saw a great deal of success defeating it in every other state it was proposed, and we are ecstatic to finally see it defeated in Massachusetts.
