I am looking for a property preservation contractor or handyman in the city of South Haven. MUST have Experience doing Preservation work or at least some basic knowledge of Preservation and working with bank owned properties. Must be willing to provide estimates/bids to repair any work needed at the property. There can be multiple repairs needed at the properties so it helps to be a well rounded contractor. Most importantly you must be willing to take multiple Before, during and after photos of ALL work completed. Pictures support your work and is how you get paid.
