Description

Seeking experienced flooring installation professionals to install carpet and laminate in a commercial office building in Okemos during December 2021. Scope of work: --Measure and specify amount of materials (carpet, laminate and other materials) needed --Develop a plan for the project including estimates for labor and materials and a plan for handling the floor molding for the installation as well as work with electrical contractor to coordinate outlet floor boxes to be installed separately by electrician (for under floor channels for network and electrical wiring) and other or related changes around the walls --Remove existing carpet (glued to concrete) --Install new carpet and laminates (in offices, hall, bathrooms, and kitchenette) We are available to show the building to assess the project.
