Drummer & Guitarist (40’s) looking for additional guitarist/bass/vocals. Please don’t misjudge, age is just a number and we can kick some a** : ) Seems the local music scene has all but died. Where are all the local musicians at?! The last few years I think we’d have better luck panning for gold : ) We have good gear, good attitudes, stylish in appearance, down to earth, drama free and create a relaxed environment. Covers are the objective at this time but we have recently been reconsidering writing originals (guitarist put out 2 CD’s in previous band). We’re just looking for the right people who share the same musical outlook, want to have fun and want to get out and play for an audience, and not just to each other. We understand everyone has schedules so we have realistic expectations. Music is a constant work in progress and we’ve learned to accept any limitations and press on and have fun. We gravitate to hard / heavier rock with a good groove. No speed or screamer material. In short, we just want to play some good hard driving rock with some meaty backbone. Hard and heavy with a good groove & melody. Current music examples or styles we are emulating: Hellyeah (Love Falls), Black Label Society, Sevendust (Black), Bullet for my Valentine (Hearts Burst into Fire), Volbeat (Seal the Deal), Alice in Chains (Would, We Die Young), Tesla (Little Suzi), Disturbed (Pray), Megadeth (Almost Honest), Breaking Benjamin to name a few.
