I am looking for a sub contractor mowing service. The property is at 10331 Nacogdoches "Dollar General" in San Antonio. Job scope: pick up all trash front,back and parking lot. Mow the front,back, side and the rear portion of Valero directly behind the mesquite tree property. Also, the left portion bordering the property where the entry is displayed. I have serviced this property for 17 years and know the layout very well. March thru October generally requires 2 visits per month. November, 1 cut, clean up then prune bushes. December:clean up trim tree limbs, and so forth. This job requires 2 person's from March thru November in order to make decent monies. 2 guys clean up trash, after that, one guy cuts with a zero turn, the other guy does weed eating. Once it's mastered, it takes 2 hours and 5 minutes. The payout is $150.00 per visit, twice a month from March thru October, the schedule then changes in November through February.
