Recording Studio Space Needed

Producer / Songwriter looking for a higher end recording studio space to either take over or share. I currently have a studio in Nashville, and additionally do session work out of a few studios in LA. I'm looking for a more permanent studio space in the Orange County or Los Angeles County areas to bring in my own gear, and hang my hat for an extended term. Would be willing to share time / gear with the right person. Thank you, but Not interested in a home- studio type setting. If you have a space, please reply with a few pics if possible.
