Mover Mentality is a rapidly growing moving company in Brandon FL, and due to this rapid growth we are now hiring Drivers & Movers who can start ASAP! We are solely looking for hardworking individuals who have professional moving experience, and our pay scale is very competitive within the moving industry. In starting you will average 25+ hours per week, and this will quickly grow into full-time positions for those who are dedicated to providing a fantastic customer experience. WHY WORK WITH US? 1) Drivers receive $17 per hour, and customers tip very well if you do not damage any of their belongings! 2) Helpers receive $14 per hour, and customers tip very well if you do not damage any of their belongings! 3) When combining weekly tips with their hourly pay, our movers average over $20 - $30 per hour every week! 4) We pay weekly (every Monday), and we do not hold back your first weeks earnings! 5) These are Independent Contractor positions (1099), meaning we do not deduct taxes from your earnings! 6) Work schedule will be Monday-Friday each week with some Saturdays, and never work on Sunday! 7) We offer monthly bonuses for top performing movers who have zero damage on moves! 8) Opportunities for advancement within the company, an increase in your hourly pay, plus so much more! THIS WEEKS EARNINGS: Gilberto earned $950 Kevin earned $800 Chris earned $700 And so much more.... JOB REQUIREMENTS: A) Must have a minimum of 2 years "verifiable" moving experience, no exceptions. B) Drivers must have a valid driver's license and experience with driving 26 foot box-trucks. C) Must be physically capable of wrapping customers furniture and loading/unloading trucks. D) Must have reliable transportation to report to our office each day for your scheduled moves. E) Cannot missed any scheduled moves as this will result in immediate termination.
