Oscar, an orange shorthair tabby cat has been missing in the Four Seasons, Beaverton neighborhood, since October 21st. He weighs 9 lbs, 8 years old, microchipped, and was last seen wearing a black collar with a bell and magnet hanging from it. He requires daily medicine for a chronic illness. A reward is being offered for his return home. Thank you ~
