Quick Cash Planter installation

I need to have a planter installed on the side of my apartments dry wall. I don't have a ladder... at least a 10foot ladder is needed to in order to place the planter above my apartment window. The planter has 2 holes so the project involves drilling to small.25inch holes about 3 inches deep then screwing to 2 screws I have which are about.25inxh diameter just about 3 inches depth into the studs so it's secure. A handyman with a ladder a drill or hammer and screw driver should be able to do this in like 5 minutes or less.
