Awaken the mind, body, and Soul and bring balance to the energetic body with this 60 minute morning hatha yoga class. Start your day with a hatha yoga class to awaken the mind, body, and Soul. During this 60 minute class Deonna will guide you through a movement practice meant to bring balance to your entire being; uniting yin and yang energies. To ignite the fire within we will incorporate poses to bring out our yang, masculine energies which are associated with the intensity of the sun. Yin poses will be thread throughout our practice to awaken calming feminine energies associated with the soft gentleness of the moon. Class will begin with breath and meditation followed by a Soul balancing hatha sequence. We will close our practice with a restful savasana that may include crystal healing, sound healing, reiki, and essential oils; each class holds its' own unique and magical healing experience. Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome. Self Care Investment: $15 (Good Vibes class cards accepted) To reserve your spot ahead of time prepayment can be made via Eventbrite or Venmo to @GoodVibesYogaStudio.
