Heal your mind, body and soul using hypnotic suggestions, breathwork, sounds, frequencies, wavelengths, subtle energy and more. Join retired holistic psychotherapist, now Transpersonal Holistic Practitioner, Cathy Foytik, CRMP, CRP, ACHT, CPTL (A.K.A. - shamana healer - healer of souls - ) in a guided group hypnotherapy and subtle energy experience to release what no longer serves you on your life path and to heal at the deepest level of your soul's essence. This workshop is good for anyone struggling with, emotional, mental and or spiritual blocks/issues in their life. This is a great source to heal unresolved grief/trauma. I ask you come sober (refrain from having any mood altering substances in your system at least four hours prior to the event, this includes prescription drugs, supplements and /or herbs for anxiety.) Any and all anxiety and depression is welcome, as you will receive a healing for this and the higher your awareness is to these emotions and body sensations, the more likely you will clear the blocks and heal residue that remains at the cellular level. I assure you, this will be a very calm, peaceful and relaxing healing experience. You will be guided through a journey to take you back in time (through spiritual guided regressions) to identify specific blocks in your life via past events and engage in a full mind/body/soul release exercise. You will experience a mind/body/soul retrieval resulting in leaving the workshop feeling fully refreshed, reclaimed and hopeful! Please bring your own yoga mat/pillows/blankets for your own comfort (we have a limited supply on hand) We will be on the floor the entire time, but we have chairs available for those unable to lay Dress comfortably with loose fitting, and light or bright colored clothes (the lighter and brighter the better-think neon.)
