Festival of Carols Festival of Carols is a free community event that celebrates Jesus Christ’s birth and God’s gift of salvation through music. While this is a free event, tickets are required to ensure enough seating is available. The concert will feature the OCU Chorale, University Band, Jazz Band, Circleville Choral Society, and OCU Strings.
