Description

Basic Training is a one-day birth class catered to those who have busy schedules that want to prepare for birth with evidence based info. Topics covered in this Basic Training Class include: general exercise and nutrition, stages of labor, common interventions, labor and pushing positions, comfort techniques, pain relief options, induction, cesarean, and birth planning. Multiple birth videos are shown throughout the class. Evidence-based information is presented in a modern and fun way to prepare students on all levels to have an amazing birth experience whether delivering in or out of hospital and if a medicated or unmedicated birth is desired. A full-color workbook is provided with this class as well.
