Record Store Day is upon us! We have invited Ubiquity records to fill the truck up with their catalog AND have guest Dj's !
Hey vinyl collectors— we have some record-breaking news for you! This upcoming Record Store Day on November 26th, Ubiquity Records will be taking over The Record Box Truck! A little more about this record label; for the last 30 years, they have been on the forefront of re-pressing rare records from low-key artists and also breaking new artists in multiple genres tailored to today's tastes. Sounds dope, right? Even more exciting, Ubiquity Records is owned by Michael McFadin, founder of the legendary GROOVE MERCHANT RECORDS in San Francisco! He IS the legacy that’s been influencing the music industry since the 1990s, and we cannot wait to pay homage to the culture of independently owned record stores and labels by offering you their catalogue! We will also have guest dj’s Exile , Enrique Estrella, Lady C, Adam Walker, & Crisanto playing records to get the vibe right! And if you ever need any refreshments during the event, we’ve got you covered. Juneshine Hard Kombucha will also be there with refreshing drinks brewed with real, organic ingredients to quench your thirst!
We are so excited for this time of the year because it brings together the customers, the artists, and the staff that makes up this worldwide community of record stores. Come by the shop and support small record stores, small record labels, and RECORDS!
