Join us for a BALANCED Thanksgiving holiday weekend!
This class is a Vinyasa style yoga also known as flow or breath to movement. Think of it as a moving meditation. Breath work is incorporated to help relieve stress, create internal energy and to increase focus. Getting up and down on the mat is required however multiple layers and modifications will be offered making it a beginner friendly class.
