On December 11, 2021, Heartland Health Services is hosting an event recognizing 30 years of dedicated services provided within our community. We are excited and honored to include you in our celebration! It is vital that Heartland Health Services has the ability to provide reliable transportation assistance to our patients in order to eliminate any stress in getting to their scheduled appointments and to remove any barriers to accessible healthcare services. Reliable transportation for our patients will also help reduce the number of no-show appointments. All proceeds generated will go towards this worthwhile cause.
