One-Hour Online Pilates and Yoga Classes at $12.00 Per Class. Participants receive a link for easy payment through PayPal. Skype Video connection is used to take classes from anywhere. Small, friendly group. Our time zone is USA Eastern Standard Time. Certified Instructor with several years experience, offers corrections, and fitness advice. Class Schedule: Saturday Pilates 10:30 AM. Sunday Hatha Yoga 9:30 AM. Remote classes are on-going and paid per session. Please contact instructor for more details.
