The How and Why of Plant Based Nutrition!
What better time than now to really start putting your health on the forefront. Not only is eating more plants better for your personal health, but also the survival of our planet.
In this workshop you'll learn more about plant based eating and why it’s so beneficial for your health, the environment and animal welfare. Whether one or all of these reasons speak to you, I am excited to host a workshop teaching you how and why to eat more plants. If you want to switch over to a vegan diet or just incorporate more meatless meals throughout the week, my goal is to teach you proper nutrition and provide you the knowledge to get you there.
Without knowing what to eat or nutrition facts when transitioning to plant based, it’s possible to do your body more harm than good. Cutting animal products all at once can be overwhelming when you don’t know what else to eat. For me, becoming vegan wasn’t linear and didn’t happen all at once.
You will leave this workshop with meal prepping tips, ideas for snacks as well as recipes and how to eat a plant based or vegan diet without compromising the nutritional content your body needs to survive.
