Each tickets provides a seat to view the parade. A $30 min spend will apply in addition to the ticket cost during the visit. FAQs 1. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There are a number of garages and parking lots downtown, however due to popularity of event, it is highly recommended that you arrive as earlier as possible. Carpooling, ride share or VIA is encouraged. Closest parking lots: Rio Plaza Parking on Navarro or Southbend Parking lot on Navarro. The Houston Street Parking Garage on College and Navarro is the closest parking garage. 2. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? You may e-mail Shannon Holland – [email protected] 3. What's the refund policy? ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. 4. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. We will check you in by name. You can bring a copy in your phone as proof of purchase. 5. Where will I sit? Guests will be allowed to sit at any available indoor table. Upon the start of the parade, Guests will then be able to go sit at their assigned chair. 6. What if I have special requests / dietary issues? You will have an opportunity to make any requests during the order process. We will do our best to accommodate you requests. The parade begins at 7pm but we will open our doors to start serving dinner at 4pm. The parade will start passing by Joes Crab Shack between 7:20 – 745 pm. **Time is an estimation and it is not guaranteed. We recommend all parties to arrive by 7pm.
